Privacy Statement

The purpose of the Catalogue is to facilitate communication between artists and those who may be interested in using their work.  To that end, the Catalogue of Canadian Instrumental Music will collect personal contact information from Members as well as information concerning their work.  Personal information not required for the purpose of communication will not be requested or collected by the Catalogue.

All information provided to the Catalogue on artists, music selections, and composers will be made available online to ensure that users can properly source material and performers.  Therefore, submissions made to the Catalogue should be considered to be available generally and without restriction.

Artists, creators, and rights holders may ask that any information posted by the Catalogue of Canadian Instrumental Music be corrected at any time.  Members are entitled to know what information is in the possession of the Catalogue at all times and may choose to remove material from the catalogue.  In order to facilitate this request, an email should be sent to the site manager who will, upon confirmation of validity of the request, remove the information promptly.
